Amanda Dunton joined Richardson Properties in 2008 after getting her start working at First American Title and a small property management company. Since joining the firm, she has worked on several new and custom home communities in San Luis Obispo County including Grace Lane, Marsh Street Commons, Bowden Ranch and Serra Meadows. Amanda has closed escrow on over 215 homes since starting her real estate career. Most recently she listed the Marsh Street Brownstones, a collection of seven custom homes built by Andy Mangano in downtown San Luis Obispo.

Amber Morgan Wong moved to San Luis Obispo County from her hometown of Fresno, California. She studied Broadcast Journalism and Sociology at Cal State Long Beach and went on to hold directorial and managerial roles in education and retail environments. After a decade, Amber began her career in real estate and life with her now husband. Finally finding her niche, Amber quickly advanced from Assistant to Buyer’s Agent, Listing Agent and New Home Sales Lead, giving her a broad scope and considerable experience. In 2005 Kristen moved to California's Central Coast from Orange County to attend Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. She fell in love with the Central Coast lifestyle and can't find any reason to leave this incredible place. Kristen graduated from Cal Poly in 2009 with a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. She worked in accounting and business operations for five years, and in 2014 obtained her Broker License. Kristen then dove head first into a career in real estate, joining Richardson Properties as a Broker Associate. Matt has been lucky enough to live on the beautiful Central Coast for over 30 years, and is currently a homeowner in Los Osos, California. His roots in San Luis Obispo County date back to 1972 and his family has owned various properties in Los Osos since 1980.

Matt has up-to-date knowledge of SLO County Real Estate pricing trends and can arrive at a property’s pricing objectively. He gathers supporting data pulled from the current, local, real estate market.
