Annemarie fell in love with the Central Coast when she attended Cal Poly back in 2001. It was there she held a concentration in Finance and Appraisal but also received her minor in Psychology. Both of these schools of thought, coupled with Cal Poly’s learn-by-doing philosophy, have contributed to Annemarie being an informed, compassionate, and hard-working realtor.
Having grown up in a real estate family, Annemarie is keenly aware of the care each transaction requires. Like the entire Richardson team, Annemarie strives to exemplify the highest integrity giving each client a quality, full-service experience. Annemarie is always timely with clients and is dedicated to their best interests, while always maintaining a calm presence during every scenario. Annemarie is a member and supporter of Mission de Tolosa, Old Mission Elementary School, and Mission Prep. She also nurtures local causes such as the Templeton Cancer Support Community, the Cal Poly Stampede Club, ECHO Homeless Shelter, the local Honor Flight chapter, Paso Robles Chamber of Commerce/ Women in Business, and is a registered volunteer of Jack’s Helping Hand.
Living on the central coast provides Annemarie and her family with endless opportunities to be outdoors. Topping their favorites are walking the Bob Jones Trail, a day at the beach, watching her alma mater's sports teams, or wine tasting at one of the many acclaimed wineries in SLO County. She and her husband, Tom, are members of the San Luis Obispo Country Club, where she enjoys tennis and occasionally playing golf alongside her husband and two girls. It helps that as a realtor, she also has a strong love of decorating, assisting her clients visualize the potential in their homes. When she isn't busy being with her family and two dogs, or working with her clients, she enjoys a bit of traveling. However, Annemarie feels most comfortable entertaining and cooking at home for friends and family. It is for this reason that she genuinely understands the meaning and value in finding that unique place to call home, where so many wonderful memories, big and small, are made. Over the course of her life, she has realized that there is no other place she would rather have those memories made than at her home on San Luis Obispo's Central Coast.
