“I have purchased many properties throughout California and have worked with many different agents over the years. I received great service from many of the past agents on these other purchases, but after working with Erik I now realize truly great service and have much higher expectations moving forward as he set the bar extremely high. To run a successful business, communication and follow though are extremely important. This is what first stood out to me about Erik. When he says he will call you, he calls. When he says he will text you, he texts. If he says he will be there, he is there. If he says he will email you, he emails. The best part is it is him texting/emailing/communicating, not the automated system that most agents use now days. My recent transaction was the result of Erik constantly searching for homes that fit my needs. His attentiveness to my specific needs clearly showed as he would email me details and his thoughts on a few specific properties each week. Again, it was Erik doing the work, unlike the auto-MLS email system used by most agents sending email blasts of every home for sale in an area. Having businesses in multiple industries including restaurants and hospitality, my expectations of service and communication are already fairly high in regards to industry professionals. If I asked a question that he could not immediately provide an answer for, he would do the research and have me an answer in a day or two by email and/or phone. Erik is a great resource for other professional services as well when purchasing a home. Everyone he referred me to provided great service and I would use them all again. He would even follow up with me to make sure they contacted me and/or provided great service. He is always there for you during the entire process even on the smallest of details (and afterwards).
