After receiving a bachelor’s degree in Sports Medicine, Maurice pivoted and began a career in the film and television industry. It’s where he quickly found his niche as a talent agent advocating for top-tier production talent. He eventually founded his own boutique agency, iTalent, and has since helped to guide a number Oscar-winning artists.
In 2008, after years of success, Maurice expanded into real estate, applying his negotiation skills to help friends and family. Today, he integrates his talents as both a talent agent and as a real agent at Richard Sotheby’s International Realty, where he provides concierge service to his clients with real estate needs and goals.
Since relocating to the Central Coast in 2011, Maurice, his wife Joy, and their son Luke have embraced the community, whether it be as a youth sports coach or parent volunteer at school. The family enjoys golf, travel, and being members of the San Luis Obispo Country Club.
