Sherrie’s passion for San Luis Obispo County real estate began over 25 years ago. Moving with her husband and children to Northern San Luis Obispo County, Sherrie watched the transformation of Paso Robles into the treasured destination for wine enthusiasts, and the expansion of Heritage Ranch from a small lakeside community into a small town.
Involved with the community as a restaurant owner in downtown Paso Robles, founding volunteer of Art de Tisa and Taste of Downtown in collaboration with Paso Robles Main Street, and a fundraiser for local schools, Sherrie has a deep understanding of challenges facing business owners, entrepreneurs, and families in Northern San Luis Obispo County.
While relatively new to real estate, Sherrie brings with her over 10 years of experience in skilled negotiation and interest-based bargaining having worked with San Luis Obispo County and Monterey County School Districts. Offering her unique insight into the need for affordable housing, and the direct impact it has on school age children.
Experienced in construction and estimations, Sherrie’s work with a local developer, and knowledge of rural San Luis Obispo County, makes her a great match for those seeking to build their dream home or renovate a classic. Recently Sherrie remodeled a 1917 home in the community of Garden Farms.
When Sherrie isn’t working with clients, volunteering, or renovating a home, she can be found spending time with her adorable grandchildren, enjoying sunsets on the water at Lake Nacimiento, and walking with her two dogs.
