Sterling Higgins

With more than 20 years in the residential housing industry, Sterling Higgins has the knowledge, experience and resources for anyone who is buying, selling or building a new home.

Sterling’s diverse background, including the start of his own homebuilding company, enables him to serve as a one-stop-shop for his clients. His eye for detail, matched with hands-on building experience, creates a valuable perspective he utilizes to meet each client’s specific needs.

In 2006, after earning his General Contractor’s License, Sterling and his wife along with his three kids planted their roots in the Central Coast community of Arroyo Grande. Sterling is currently Vice President of Construction for MFI Limited, President of Sterling Higgins Construction, Inc., and recently joined the Richardson Sotheby's International Realty team.

Serving years in leadership roles from construction management to coaching youth activities, Higgins knows that creating a personal relationship is the best way to promote communication, satisfaction and overall success for his clients.

When not working, Sterling enjoys snow skiing, photography, concerts, and time with his wife and three kids, family and friends.
