Steve Orozco

Steve has a strong work ethic and is honest and loyal to all clients and peers. He provides industry knowledge to better assist his clients through real estate transactions. With over 10 years of experience in finance, land use and land development combined, Steve utilizes his skills to pair clients with the perfect property that meets their needs. His ability to analyze parcels quickly provides clients with the competitive edge needed in competitive real estate markets. He understands that not every property is the same and not every use is allowed on a specific property - that is why working with a great real estate professional matters.

Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in City and Regional Planning and a Minor in Real Property Development from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Prior to joining Richardson Sotheby's International Realty, Steve worked for Bank of America assisting clients and investors with home and investment property acquisitions. He then transitioned to local government for the City of San Luis Obispo and County of San Luis Obispo where he managed large development projects and housing initiatives. Following a career in local government, Steve later transitioned to private development of multi-family properties where he managed deals over $100 million.

Steve is passionate about meeting new people and helping individuals find financial independence through property ownership.

In his free time, you can usually find Steve at Avila beach or traveling throughout California with his two boys Rowen and Miles, and his wife Tanya and their two dogs Missy and Fin.
