According to the Multiple Listing Service market share report, Richardson Properties’ total sales for all property types in SLO County was $402,683,000, and $372,488,000 for all residential properties last year.

Despite the many challenges that were faced by the team due to Covid-19, Richardson Properties beat the odds to have their most successful year. “There were certainly a few factors that helped the real estate market last year,” continued Richardson. “Low interest rates were attractive for buyers and demand was high for those selling properties, in part due to the county seeing an influx of people moving to the area from big cities. “With remote working becoming the new normal, we had buyers from bigger cities coming to SLO looking for a better quality of life and a lower cost of living, which increased demand.”
