This is the fifth year in a row that Richardson Properties has been awarded this title by the New Times Best of SLO County Readers Poll.
A local tradition, the New Times Best of SLO County Readers Poll allows individuals to vote for their favorites. Categories were diverse and included everything from Best Restaurant to Best Community Event.

The 2022 New Times Best of SLO County Readers Poll featured more than 200 winners. Voting took place in February and March.
