Amanda Dunton joined Richardson Properties in 2008 after beginning her career in real estate working for First American Title Company in 2004. Since coming to the brokerage, she has worked on several new and custom home communities in San Luis Obispo County including Grace Lane, Marsh Street Commons, Bowden Ranch and now Serra Meadows. In the early part of his career with the international firm of Cushman & Wakefield, he worked in the developing Orange County, CA office market representing developers and tenants leasing new suburban office buildings and high-rise office developments. Kristen graduated from Cal Poly in 2009 with a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. She worked in accounting and business operations for five years, and in 2014 obtained her Broker License. Kristen then dove head first into a career in real estate, joining Richardson Properties as a Broker Associate. Her practical business and accounting experience make her a unique asset to the Richardson team. Most of Scott’s life was spent growing up in the Almaden Valley of San Jose, California. In youth and into adulthood curiosity sparked a desire to meet people and learn about diverse cultures. At times, months and years were experienced in different cities in the US and into Shanghai, China. Which goes against idealistic advice to put down roots. Prior to his 10 year baseball career, Tim received a full athletic scholarship to UCLA. After his career in baseball, Tim moved back to San Luis Obispo where he was born and raised, to raise children of his own with his wonderful wife Nicole. Tim worked for six years as a financial adviser before deciding to change fields and work on one of his passions, Central Coast real estate.
